Gentle check-ins
Quietly checks residents are okay, and can raise an alert to staff if someone asks for help.
Diary & reminders
"What's on today?" — she answers from a diary staff keep up to date, and reminds residents about the things that matter.

Private by design
No camera. Speech is only ever sent when a resident chooses to talk, and their information stays on our own systems.
